Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, so we offer two types of returns: Standard and Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival Returns.

Standard Return

Most of our products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in good, unused condition and include all original parts and packaging. Standard returns will be refunded using the original payment method or store credit.

Please Note: The standard return option is not intended for defective items.

Conditions for Standard Return:

  • Item(s) must be in good, unused condition.
  • All original parts and packaging must be included.

Return Process for Standard Return:

  1. Click the "Account" link at the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar of our website.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your order to receive a one-time password.
  3. The one-time password will be emailed automatically to you. Once received, enter the one-time password to access your account.
  4. Select the items you would like to return to initiate the returns process.
  5. Our customer service team will provide a return label within 2-3 business days after initiating the return. Please Note: Business days are 8 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends. A return started after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day. If a return is initiated after 2 PM on Friday, the return will start processing on Monday of the following week.

Shipping Information:

  • Free return shipping is offered to customers in Canada and the United States.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all international orders (Outside of the United States and Canada).
  • Any duties or taxes incurred on the return will be deducted from the refund total.

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please inform us immediately. Our customer service team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to verify the issue. Once we confirm the item is defective, we will provide you with a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
